1. From the date of this fire ban until April 30, 2020, it is the forest fire ban period of the whole region. All forest areas within the whole region and within 50 meters from the edge of the forest land are forest fire ban areas.
2. During the fire ban period, it is forbidden to bring any kind of fire into the forest area, and it is forbidden to burn incense, burn paper, burn grass, set off firecrackers, roast fire, picnic, smoking, torch lighting, children playing with fire, and agricultural production fire in the forest area. , Forestry production fires, engineering fires, and all wild fires.
3. During the fire ban period, all towns (subdistricts), relevant departments and administrative villages shall strictly implement forest fire protection responsibilities, strengthen forest fire prevention publicity, and strengthen field fire management, especially for key forest fire prevention areas and key intersections. People are strictly guarded, and all fire is prohibited from entering the forest area.
4. Anyone who violates the provisions of the fire prohibition order and uses fire in the wild during the forest fire prohibition period shall be punished according to law; if losses are caused, he shall be liable for compensation according to law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
