Welcome to Zhaobao Mountain Scenic Area
Ningbo Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area is located at the estuary of the Yongjiang River, and is one of the top ten scenic spots in Ningbo. It swallows the Yongjiang River in the south, borders the East China Sea in the north, and the ancient seawall in the west. It has a thousand-year cultural heritage. Historically, it is an important coastal defense fortress, an anchorage on the Maritime Silk Road, and a Buddhist cultural resort. It is a national AAAA-level tourist scenic spot with a profound coastal defense culture and a long-standing Buddhist culture. It is known as "South China Sea Guanyin Putuo Mountain, Oriental God of Wealth Zhaobao Mountain". The scenic area governs the Baibu Dyke, the First Mountain Stele, Banshan Pavilion, Weiyuan City, Ming and Qing Steles, Baotuo Temple, Anti-Japanese Bunker, Guanyin Pavilion, Tianhou Palace and Immortal Cave, Aozhu Tower, Moon City, and Oriental Zhaobaocai There are more than 20 scenic spots including the library, Zhaobao Cultural Park, Cliff Carvings, Zhenhai Customs, Millennium Ancient Seawall, Anyuan Fortress, and Haiphong Historical Memorial Hall. Ascend to the top of the mountain you can overlook the Zhaobaoshan Bridge, the Yongjiang River, the East China Sea and the Zhoushan Island Cross-sea Bridge. The vision is wide and the sea breeze is blowing.
