Fire Ban Order of Zhenhai District People's Government

1.From the date of the issuance of this fire ban to April 30, 2020, the forest fire ban period in the whole region is the forest fire ban period. All forest areas within the whole region and within 50 meters from the edge of the forest land are forest fire ban areas.

During the fire ban period, 2. are forbidden to bring any kindling into the forest area, and it is forbidden to burn incense, paper, grass, firecrackers, heat, picnic, smoking, torch lighting, children playing with fire, agricultural productive fire, forestry productive fire, engineering fire and all other field fires in the forest area.

3., during the fire ban period, all towns (sub-districts), relevant departments and administrative villages must strictly implement forest fire protection responsibilities, strengthen forest fire prevention publicity, and strengthen fire management in the field, especially for key areas and key intersections of forest fire prevention. Strictly guard against it and prohibit all kindling from entering the forest area.

4. anyone who violates the prohibition on fire,Those who use fire in the wild without authorization during the forest fire ban period will be punished according to law; if losses are caused, they shall be liable for compensation according to law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
