Notice of Public Liability Insurance Procurement for Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area

According to our company's requirements, we are now seeking insurance quotations for public liability coverage at the Zhaobaoshan Tourist Scenic Area in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City.

1. Project Basic Information:

The management area under the jurisdiction of Ningbo Zhenhai Zhaobaoshan Tourist Scenic Area (including the China Air Defense Expo Park, Children's Playground and Outer Waterfront, Expo Home, Old City Exhibition Hall, Flower and Bird Market, Ancient Seawall, Grand Auditorium, Zhaobaoshan Mountain, and the area at the foot of the mountain)

2. Qualification Requirements for Applying Organizations

(1) The applying entity must be an insurance company established within the territory of the People's Republic of China, holding a "License for Operating Insurance Business" issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and approved by the CBIRC to conduct property insurance business. The head office of the quoting entity must possess independent legal personality. If the applying entity is the only provincial branch authorized by the head office and capable of independently issuing special VAT invoices, it must also hold a "License for Operating Insurance Business" (approved for property insurance operations) issued by the CBIRC, as well as a business license issued by the Administration for Market Regulation.

(2) The parent company of the applicant must have a registered capital of more than 2 billion RMB and a solvency ratio exceeding 100%.

(3) The applying entity must be a provincial-level or higher branch institution of an insurance company.

(4) The applying entity must have a branch office in the project's location (province or municipality directly under the central government) and be able to provide localized services for this project.

(5) Each participating entity must submit an independent bid; joint bids will not be accepted for this project.
