Procurement Notice of Public Liability Insurance for Zhaobao Mountain Scenic Area

According to the requirements of the Company, we are now conducting an insurance quotation for the public liability insurance of Zhenhai Zhaobao Mountain Tourist Scenic Area in Ningbo City.

1. Basic project information:

Management area under the jurisdiction of Zhenhai Zhaobao Mountain Tourist Scenic Area, Ningbo (China Air Defense Expo Park, Children's Paradise and Outer Waterfront, Expo House, Chen Yifei Memorial Hall, Old Town Planning Pavilion, Flower and Bird Market, Hangjiting Pavilion, Ancient Sea Pond, General Assembly Hall, Zhaobao Mountain, and the area underneath the mountain)

2、Qualification requirements for registration unit

(1) The applicant must be an insurance company established in the People's Republic of China, with the License to Operate Insurance Business issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission to carry out property insurance business; the head office of the applicant has an independent legal personality. If the applicant is the only authorized provincial branch of the head office that can independently issue VAT invoices: it must have the License to Operate Insurance Business (approved to carry out property insurance business) issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the Business License issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce.

(2) The registered capital of the head office of the registration unit is above RMB 2 billion and the solvency ratio is above 100%.

(3) The applicant must be an insurance company's provincial branch or above.

(4) The applicant must have a branch office in the project location (province or municipality directly under the central government) and be able to provide localized services for the project.

(5) Each registered unit shall make an independent offer, and no consortium offer will be accepted for this project.
