The chessboard is located above the Lanjiang platform. According to legend, there are immortals playing chess here. The three characters "Qiziping" on the mountain wall stone stele were erected in 1795 (the 60th year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty). In 1982, the mountain was rebuilt and the stone stele was excavated, that is, a new chess pavilion was built on the original site of the old pavilion. The wooden structure has double eaves and six ridges, and the red tile is 6 meters high and 3.15 meters in diameter. The pavilion has a stone chess table and a drum stool. Legend has it that the chess piece Pingting is "the place where immortals play chess".
